Sorry to hear you want to cancel your subscriptions. To do this go to the subscription you wish to cancel via your subscriptions in you account and click the cancel button.

Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver in 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail International aims to deliver within 5-7 working days.
All delivery times are an aim and not guaranteed, for this reason we ask customers to allow 10 working days after dispatch for delivery before contacting us.
We are unable to open an investigation with Royal Mail before 10 working days and so will be unable to assist before this period.
While we understand that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, especially if it is delayed, we will do everything we can to help you after 10 working days has passed.
If your item has still not been delivered after 10 working day please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days for in stock items. Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday.
If you select a Tracked delivery method we will send you tracking details via SMS and Email for you to track your order.
If you didn’t select a tracked method we are unable to provide tracking, however we do receive delivery confirmations from Royal Mail.
You will need to get in touch with us to cancel your order.
We will do our best to cancel your order, if we are unable to cancel your order this will be because the order has already been processed for shipping or has been shipped already.
Easy! Find the items you want and click to add them to your basket. Once you’ve got all you need, select the basket icon and proceed to checkout.
Your account will automatically show any stored delivery and payment options to make ordering as easy as possible.
Check all of your details are correct and you’re good to go!! We’ll let you know that your order is complete by sending you an email.
Absolutely!! Click the basket icon and this will show all of the items you’ve selected so far.
Use the + to add more of the same item or the – if you have added too many. If you want to remove the item completely, just hit the X button.
You sure can! You can add a different delivery address at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can add more.
Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed.
If you need to make changes, such as delivery address, you will need to contact us and request the order be cancelled and place a new order.
If your payment details have changed on a pre-order item then you will be able to make payment with your new card once the item is ready to dispatch if the payment fails.
You can do this by clicking the Pay Now button next to your order in your order history.

Yes, all orders that require UK VAT to be charged will be charged VAT and all prices on our website include UK VAT.
International orders will not be charged VAT where applicable. you will be liable for any customs charges, import duties and taxes due in to your local authorities.
If you are sending an order outside of the UK we recommend you contact your local customs office to see if you will be liable for any import fees or duties.
