Unfortunately not. All items can be delayed for arrival to us for a number of reasons, that are outside of our control. Dates should be considered a guide to when we will have these items in stock.
A pre-order is a great way for you to reserve your item before it becomes available. This being said it does not guarantee you the item on release date as many things can influence the arrive and release of a product outside of our control.
Most new releases are ship on the day before the official release date (although there are a couple of notable exceptions where we are restricted by the manufacture). Therefore if you want your items for the day of release you need to select Royal 24 Tracked service.
The Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is not a guaranteed next day service, and can take up to two working days to arrive.
Funko do not hold official release dates for their products and ship items in waves to retailers over a period of time. They provide us as a retailer with an initial available date for the item however we have no control over when Funko will ship to us. Funko also do not offer updates to retailers on availability or stock so we are unable to provided additional information. Rest assured your pre-order has not been cancelled and when we receive stock we will let you know.
You can only place orders for one or the other. We do not offer mixed orders and so you will have to purchase your pre-order and in tock items separately.
All pre-orders are charged when your item is ready to dispatch, usually a few days before the release.
Don’t worry, you will be able to login to your accounts and pay for the order manually using an alternative payment method.
We will notify you by email that the payment has failed and how to make your payment. Please note that we only hold your order for 24 hours before our system will cancel it.
Unfortunately, quite often when pre-orders are put up the market price has not settled. This means that there can be changes in the price. If you have placed an order and the price later drops, we will honour the new price and refund you the difference, but please contact us to arrange this. If the price goes up, then we will honour the initial price you have paid and you will not be charged more.
If you have seen a lower price, then wait to order and the price has gone up in the meantime, then we are sorry to say that we will not be able to offer the previous price.

We 100% guarantee we do not, have not and never will do anything of this nature with the products that we sell.
This practice would not only be far too time consuming for us but also has no added benefits to ourselves. We do not sell or distribute cards individually.We have no interest in practices that would be unfair or would be seen as cheating or “ripping off” our valued customers. We do not believe any retailer should, and this practice would quickly ruin any trust and relationship we have worked hard to build.
We are committed to ensuring all customers have the same fair chances and as such promise your packs come straight from the manufacturer without any tampering.
No, we never have and never will sell fake products. All of our products are purchased either directly from manufactures or their official distributors.
If the product is supplied sealed by the manufacture then yes, your item will arrived in original sealed packaging.
We are constantly re-ordering items (every week in fact) and looking for new lines to bring in. However due to the nature of the business we are in, the demand for certain products often outstrips the production and we end up waiting for the items to become available with our suppliers. We are given weekly updates as to what is available, but this does mean we often cannot give specific times as to when something will be coming back. Frustrating we know!
The other reason that items may be out of stock, and this is most common with our TCG’s, is that the set is no longer in print, so it is sometimes worth checking on the internet if that item is still being produced. If it is no longer being printed, we will not be able to order it from our suppliers.
Never, if a product arrives damaged to us we send it back to our supplier. If you receive a damaged item from us then please do get in touch.
Occasionally where products have minor damages, such as packaging but the item is undamaged we may sell these and mark them clearly as so on our website.
If the item is still being manufactured and is something that meets our business lines we most likely can so let us know and we will do our best.
Yes, we offer a live stock system so if it says it’s in stock it is.
This being said things can go wrong with these numbers such as stock replacements or write off errors and so very rarely an item will show in stock when it isn’t.
Although we do not directly ship outside of the UK there are many services that offer International Mail Forwarding. These offer you a UK address to a third party who will reship your items to international address.

Note we do not endorse or are we associated with any third party mail forwarder. We do not take responsibility for items once they have arrived at your third party mailer and so you should seek a service with compensation to the value of your order should losses or damaged occur.
This will depend on your selected shipping method at checkout. We offer a range of delivery options which can be viewed here, along with the delivery times.
The type of packaging we use will depend on the item you are purchasing. We use a varied selection of packaging for products from card envelopes to boxes depending on the size of your order.
Rest assured we will use packing materials to keep your products safe during transit. For example Funko products are shipped in boxes with bubble wrap and brown paper. While a Pokemon booster pack will be shipped in a cardboard envelope.
Sorry to hear this. We do everything we can to ensure items arrive to you safe and on rare occasions we know that damages can happen.
As long as you have the original packaging for both the item and that the item came in and you let us know within 14 days of receiving your item we are happy to help with a return.
