At ColThat we try to make delivery as as affordable as possible and offer two speeds of delivery, Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates shown for products exclude UK Public holidays and are only for Royal Mail 24, which is available for an additional cost, at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery around UK public holidays and for all other delivery methods than Royal Mail 24.

NOTE: When purchasing multiple items at once and selecting to group items for one delivery all items will be dispatched once all items are available and in stock.

International Shipping

Although we do not directly ship outside of the UK there are many services that offer International Mail Forwarding. These offer you a UK address to a third party who will reship your items to international address.

Services that our customers use include: forward2me.com and myukmailbox.com

Note we do not endorse or are we associated with any third party mail forwarder. We do not take responsibility for items once they have arrived at your third party mailer and so you should seek a service with compensation to the value of your order should losses or damaged occur.

How long does dispatch take?

We aim to dispatch all products the same or next working day, Monday to Saturday, after your order has been placed via your select delivery method.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

We always do our best to send orders in good time to meet our expected delivery window, however sometimes items may be delayed in the post due to reasons beyond our control. 

We ask that you first check with your neighbours to see if they have taken delivery of your parcel for you, you can also contact your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if your parcel is waiting for collection. You can find your local delivery office on the Royal Mail website.

If you are unsucessfull at reciving your parcel using the above methods please contact us were we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail to locate your parcel. If your parcel is deemed to be lost we will send a replacement, or where a replacement is not possible refund you for the lost item(s).

We may file a claim with Royal Mail if the parcel is deemed lost, at this point we will inform you and ask that when Royal Mail contact you, you provide all the information they require in a timley manner to help complete the investigation.

Preorder items

Pre-order Payments

All payments are processed on dispatch. No payment will be taken till we are ready to dispatch your order. You will, however, see an authorised payment (pending payment), this is used for fraud checking and is not a payment to ourselves, this will automatically disappear from your pending payments and will not show on your statement. Once stock arrives we will reauthorise and capture payment.

Pre-Order Information

Items available for pre-order will be dispatched by your selected delivery method once they are available. The availability date is shown on the product page, this date is an estimate based on our supplier's information and is subject to change without notice. Once your item is in stock we will complete payment for your order and prepare it for dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by our suppliers changing dates or not supplying items on time. While delays are unfortunate these are outside of our control, however, we will be working hard to receive the items as soon as possible.

Pre-order/Backorder Funko products - Funko do not offer guaranteed delivery dates or confirm with retailers when items will arrive. Funko do not hold official release dates for stock, as such they ship items to retailers over a period of time around their estimated in stock dates. We are unable to guarantee when stock from Funko will arrive, we are not able to, therefore, give updates on delivery dates. Rest assured when your item does arrive it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Ordering more than one item

If you are ordering more than one item, please be aware that items may not be delivered together, see the individual items estimated dispatch dates in your basket.

Home Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times apply to items in stock.
  • Pre-oder items will be dispatched once they are in stock. Preorder delivery dates are estimated and subject to change.
  • Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 7pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified for deliveries by Royal Mail. 
  • Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door.
  • We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
  • Please leave a daytime telephone number as we may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date, mobile numbers are usually best.
  • If your order contains more than one item you may be contacted by more than one operator to arrange the delivery date, and the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates.
  • Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some services are not available or surcharges will be applicable to your delivery fee. If you live in one of these areas, our Surcharge Delivery Table will show you the affected postcodes and available delivery services.
  • For orders cancelling any items that bring the order total below £20, prior to the items being delivered, you will be charged the appropriate delivery cost for the remaining value of the shopping basket as detailed in the delivery charges.
